In a medical emergency, getting the patient to hospital safely is half the battle. Driving a critical patient yourself can be dangerous — our ambulance service brings trained medical help to you, and keeps the patient stable on the way.
Our ambulances are equipped with oxygen, life-support equipment and emergency medications, staffed by trained paramedics who begin care the moment they arrive. They stay in direct contact with our emergency team, so our doctors are ready before the patient even arrives.
Beyond emergencies, we provide safe inter-hospital transfers for critical patients — including bringing patients from other hospitals to our ICU. All at charitable, affordable rates.

We dispatch immediately on your call. Arrival time depends on your distance from the hospital and traffic. When you call, give your exact location clearly — our team can guide you on first-aid steps while the ambulance is on its way.
An Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance carries life-support equipment — ventilator, oxygen, defibrillator and emergency medications — with a trained paramedic who can begin critical care during transport. It is essentially a mobile emergency room for seriously ill patients.
Yes. We provide inter-hospital transfers for critical patients, including bringing them to our ICU. Call our desk first — we confirm a bed and send an appropriately equipped ambulance with a trained team to transfer the patient safely.
Keep the patient calm and still, do not give food or water unless advised, apply gentle pressure to any bleeding with a clean cloth, and keep the patient’s medications and reports ready. Stay on the line — our team guides you.
As a charitable hospital, our ambulance charges are kept nominal and affordable. For scheme patients, transport may be covered as per entitlement. Cost should never delay you in an emergency — call first, and our support desk will assist with charges afterwards.
