No. Life-saving treatment starts immediately — stabilisation is never delayed for payment or paperwork. As a charitable hospital, our support desk helps with subsidies, schemes and instalments after the patient is stable. Bring any ID and previous medical records when possible, but never delay coming because you don’t have them.
Our ER works on triage, not queue. Patients are seen in order of medical urgency — a heart attack will always be taken before a sprained ankle, regardless of arrival time. If your condition worsens while waiting, inform the triage nurse immediately.
Yes. No referral, appointment, or prior registration is needed for emergency care. Just come — or call the ambulance.
If quickly available: any ID, current medication strips or list, previous reports/discharge summaries, and details of allergies. For poisoning, bring the substance container or a photo. But never waste time searching — the patient comes first.
Yes, emergency treatment is covered under most empanelled schemes, and emergency admission rules are more flexible than planned admissions. Our desk will process scheme formalities while treatment continues.
Yes. Road accidents and other medico-legal cases are attended immediately — treatment is never delayed for police formalities, which are handled in parallel as per law.
