Absolutely. Our pharmacy serves everyone — hospital patients and the general public alike — with any registered doctor’s prescription. Many neighbourhood families use us as their regular chemist because of our honest pricing and genuine stock.
Yes, we maintain oncology drugs and supportive care medicines in coordination with our cancer department, so chemotherapy cycles are never delayed for want of a drug. For very rare molecules, we arrange procurement — usually within a day or two.
Tell the counter — we arrange most out-of-stock items within 24–48 hours through our distributors, and can call you when it arrives. For urgent needs, the pharmacist will guide you on equivalent alternatives with your doctor’s approval.
Sealed, unopened strips/bottles with intact packaging and valid expiry can be returned with the bill within the return window, per pharmacy policy. Cold-chain items (insulin, vaccines) and opened packs cannot be returned for safety reasons.
