We are empanelled with major health insurance companies, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and government health schemes — enabling cashless treatment where your policy permits. Our trained staff coordinate directly with insurers for pre-authorisation and claim settlement.

For patients without insurance, our patient support desk assesses eligibility for government schemes and charitable subsidy — because as a charitable hospital, financial hardship should never block access to care.

Insurance & TPA FAQs

Cashless treatment means you don\u2019t pay upfront for covered treatment — the hospital settles the bill directly with your insurer or TPA. Our desk submits a pre-authorisation request to your insurer; once approved, your covered treatment proceeds without you paying the covered amount. Non-covered items (as per your policy) are payable by you.

We are empanelled with major health insurers and TPAs. Because panels change over time, please call our insurance desk or check at admission with your insurance card — our team will confirm whether your specific insurer/TPA is empanelled and what your policy covers.

Sometimes insurers deny or delay pre-authorisation for policy reasons. If this happens, you may need to pay and claim reimbursement later — our desk provides all documents needed for your reimbursement claim. We also assess whether charitable subsidy can help in genuine hardship.

Yes. As a charitable hospital, our base rates are already well below corporate hospitals. Our patient support desk assesses every uninsured patient for government scheme eligibility and charitable subsidy — no one is turned away for inability to pay.
