A correct diagnosis begins with a correct lab report. Our laboratory processes blood, urine and other samples across biochemistry, haematology, microbiology, serology and pathology — using automated analysers that reduce human error.
Every test batch runs with internal quality controls, and reports are validated by qualified pathologists before release. Our processes follow NABL quality standards, because a wrong report can lead to wrong treatment.
We run 24×7 for emergencies and inpatients, offer same-day reporting for routine tests, and provide home sample collection for elderly and bedridden patients — all at charitable, affordable rates.

No — just walk in with your doctor\u2019s prescription during lab hours. The lab also runs 24×7 for emergencies and inpatients. Only a few specialised tests need prior scheduling, which the counter will tell you.
Routine tests (CBC, sugar, LFT, KFT, urine) are reported the same day, often within hours. Cultures take 48–72 hours. Histopathology/biopsy takes 3–5 working days. Your receipt mentions the expected time.
Food changes blood sugar and lipid values. Fasting 8–12 hours ensures accurate results. Plain water is allowed. If you accidentally ate, tell staff — they\u2019ll advise whether to proceed or reschedule.
Yes — we accept prescriptions from any registered doctor. You don\u2019t need to be our patient. Reports can be collected physically or shared digitally.
As a charitable hospital, our rates are well below private labs, without compromising quality. CGHS/ESI/scheme patients get cashless testing as per entitlement.
